The craftsmanship was outstanding, especially the painting, trim-work, electrical, and plumbing work. I was pleased with the selection of finishes and with the overall outcome. The staff was pleasant to work with, especially the building superintendent, who was so helpful since I was moving from out of town.

We have enjoyed working with Stephanie, Keith, and Mike from the very start of our project. They have been wonderful answering questions and adjusting to our requests. The work has been outstanding, and any issues have been dealt with promptly. The only concern we have had was with the landscape company they use; they have been difficult to contact and work with, but again, Bear has been great in helping us find a landscaper that works with us in a way that we are happy.
