“The job market in Southeastern Wisconsin is growing and, as a result, the market for centrally located new homes is expanding as well.” That is the sentiment that SR Mills, President of Bear Real Estate Group expressed at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Arbor Ridge subdivision in Pleasant Prairie.
He was joined by public officials and business leaders from both the Village of Pleasant Prairie and Kenosha County at the Arbor Ridge groundbreaking ceremony, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within close proximity to retail businesses along Highway 50 and only minutes from Interstate 94. “Thanks to Kenosha County’s strong business climate, the market for centrally located homes continues to grow. We are fortunate to have Bear Development leading the way in providing options for families and breaking ground on the Arobr Ridge community,” said 61st District State Representative, Samantha Kerkman, who attended the groundbreaking.
“This is an extremely exciting development for us,” Mills stated. “These beautiful homesites feature walkout or flat site options for people looking to build their dream home.”
Arbor Ridge is generating interest from both lifelong residents who know the Bear name is synonymous with quality as well as from prospective new residents looking to relocate here to be close to their new jobs.
“These 45 home sites are in a prime area strategically located between Milwaukee and Chicago,” Mills said. “The walk-out sites are on a pond and all of the homes will be close to a neighborhood walking path.” Mills also pointed to Arbor Ridge’s close proximity to America’s largest municipal-owned recreation center, the Recplex, as well as Prime Outlets. “Families always ask about our great school system, too,” he said.
If past experience is any indicator, these sites will sell fast. “I encourage anybody who thinks this might be where they would like their dream home to be built, contact Bear Homes as soon as possible to get the best selection,” Mills stated.
“With this groundbreaking, Bear Homes is yet again expressing our confidence in this community,” Mills continued. “As Kenosha and Southeastern Wisconsin continues to prosper and grow, we are proud to be a community-oriented business. I’m looking forward to seeing people build the homes of their dreams at Arbor Ridge.”
