From the moment my family and I found the home that had everything we were looking for, Bear homes or CMA Construction were nothing short of attentive and flexible to every detail of finishing the home with only our interests in mind.  The home, “Wellington Model” was about 30% through the building process and we had a great chance to request several changes to the interior and exterior of the home to make it our own.  This process from what we have heard is typical a painful one with delays and troubles with extended completion times.  We find it important to note that in our change request to the home, we added several weeks if not months to the work that was needed.  This included a full finish project of the basement and almost every aspect of the interior of the home to be changed from the original plans.  If it is in some families experience that this is again, a painful process, we can honestly say that picking the right company and people to work with makes the difference in how the process will go and be successful. 

At no part during the months upon completing the home did Bear homes or CMA Construction miss a step is working exhaustedly to meet the request for changes we had requested.  This included a critical time frame we had asked of them given our own personal circumstances in a home to live in.  Fears of the time frame that we were under and cutting areas short in putting 100% into creating a home that only meets the highest standards was quickly put aside.  Tasks that had to wait to complete after the papers were signed and dotted and no ties from Bear homes or CMA Construction had remained were still performed with great detail and very little disruption to a normal family living day. 

From the day Bear homes or CMA Construction handed us the keys to our new home we were set back with the craftsmanship that we saw in our home.  Even after months now living in our new Bear homes or CMA Construction home, we look around and marvel at the work that went into the house.  This doesn’t stop from large focal points in the house like details stone work around the fireplace but is extended to every small trim work through the house.  There is perfection at every turn!

It is with great pleasure that my family will always recommend Bear homes or CMA Construction to any family in search of a new construction home or an existing home that is being processed through Bear.  You will find yourself quickly under people that will never stop from being helpful, thoughtful, versatile and hard working to make your experience good.
